The Vancouver Wolves beat the Houston Aquas, 9-2, at Fox-Chong Park. Osmel Rivera starred for Vancouver. He was 1 for 3 with a home run and a walk, while adding 4 RBI and scoring once. Chris Herdegen, the winner, goes to 2-0. He allowed 1 run on 4 hits, with 1 walk and 4 strikeouts over 5.1 innings. The triumph puts Vancouver at 35-32 for the season.
