The Brooklyn Browns had no problem beating the Miami Cyclones, 11-0, at Brown Town. Jon Brewer led the way. He went 3 for 5 with a home run and a triple, while adding 5 RBI and scoring once for Brooklyn. Abdi Bitok, who is tied for 5th in the EC with a 9.8 K/9 rate, was the winner. He's now 1-0.
