The Boston Greens beat the Santiago Avispas, 9-1, at Arrington Park. Boston catcher Alex Rodriguez had an outstanding performance. He went 2 for 4 with a home run and a double, while adding 5 RBI and scoring once. Boston, at 43-31, holds down first place in the Eastern Conference Zach Gavula Division.

With Boston leading 2-0 in the bottom of the third, Rodriguez hit a changeup from Jose Nereida for a 2-run double. It was his 5th double of the season and put the Greens ahead, 4-0.
