Senators Come Back Late to Top Twins, 5-4
The Cincinnati Twins got a superb performance from first baseman Salomão Capucho, but the Washington Senators still won the game, 5-4. Capucho hit 2 home runs, while adding 3 RBI and scoring twice. Monte Haworth picked up the win in relief. His record improves to 4-1. Macario Mendoza suffered the loss. The third-place Senators have won 5 in a row.

The defining moment came in the bottom of the ninth for Washington. That's when Anaximander McKay hit a 2-run double off former first round draft pick Macario Mendoza to win the game. The home crowd went wild.

Said McKay: "What's not to like about a walk-off win?"
