The Brooklyn Browns picked up a win at Brown Town, taking down the Baltimore Kings, 7-5. Starting pitcher Alberto Vasquez was a big reason why. With the win, the Browns have a record of 41-44.

Had Victor Ramos not delivered a key base hit in the bottom of the seventh, the outcome might have been different. Instead, with two down and runners on 1st and 2nd, Ramos hit a run-scoring single. That made the score 5-4, in favor of the Browns.

"Some wins are easy and some are difficult, but either way we come to the ballpark ready to work hard every day," Ramos told the Brooklyn Today.
