The Seattle Arrows handed the Minneapolis Vikings an extra-inning, 6-5 defeat at Power Ballpark. Third Baseman Matthew Allen starred for Seattle. He was 3-5 with a home run and a double. He drove in 3 runs and scored once. Seattle pitcher Steve Grantham earned the win, hiking his record to 3-3. Phil Payne suffered the loss. After today's action, Seattle sits at 48-42; Minneapolis slips to 44-45.

The defining moment came in the bottom of the tenth for Seattle. That's when Keverne Brady hit a run-scoring double off 25-year old right-handed pitcher Phil Payne to win the game. The home crowd went wild.

"Everything is going good for me," said Allen.
