Keverne Brady impressed in the 6-3 Seattle win over Kansas City. Brady, who is rated as the 6th best prospect by BNN, was 4-5 with 2 doubles and 2 singles, while adding 3 RBI. Mike O'Keefe, who finished 3rd in the EC in wins with 16 in 2078, was the winner. He's now 5-2. The loser was Gerald Tanton. The win gives Seattle a season record of 49-43.

Seattle used a well-timed hit by Chris DeGrasse to capture the win. The left fielder socked a run-scoring double in the top of the sixth inning to put the Arrows ahead, 3-2. Though it was his only hit in 4 at-bats, it was important.

"It never gets old," said DeGrasse. "Winning, that is."
