Rangers Rally For Late Win Over Wolves
Buffalo picked up a win at Bison Stadium, bumping off the Vancouver Wolves, 5-4. Pitcher B.J. Baker was a major reason the Rangers emerged victorious. The win went to Jelmar Voskuil in relief. His record improves to 2-1. Kiyohiro Murakami took the loss. The Rangers, at 49-49, have now won 5 straight.

The defining moment came in the bottom of the ninth for Buffalo. That's when Shunmyo Yamashita hit a 2-run double off 25-year old right-handed pitcher Manny Velez to win the game. The home crowd went wild.

"This was a good win," said Yamashita.
