|
New York third baseman DeMario Natividad had a good game, even if his team did not. The Titans dropped a 5-4 decision to Havana at Estadio Latinoamericano. Natividad went 2-4 with a home run. He drove in 4 runs and scored once. New York is 17-12 after the defeat.
The Metropolitanos got a big at-bat from first baseman Jordan Vasquez. For the game, Vasquez was 1-3 with a home run and was hit by a pitch, while adding 4 RBI and scoring once. In the bottom of the fourth, with the bases loaded, he stroked a grand slam home run. His 1st home run of the season gave Havana a 4-0 lead.
"We're all smiles after that win," Vasquez told the Havana Times.
