The home crowd had a good time watching the Vancouver Wolves and Minneapolis Vikings get after it.

Pitching was the name of the game in a tight contest between the Minneapolis Vikings and the Vancouver Wolves. Minneapolis won it, 3-0. Minneapolis starter Hector Moreno was in command. The triumph puts Minneapolis at 58-52 for the season.

Minneapolis took a 3-0 lead on Salvador Aguilera's 3rd home run of the season. The 3-run home run, which Aguilera hit in the bottom of the seventh, left Vancouver pitcher Ben Flint visibly frustrated.

"I like what I saw today," said Minneapolis manager Ace Cooan, "and I can't wait to get back out there and do it again."
