Glaciers Edged, 7-5, by Houston
The Denver Glaciers got a sterling performance from designated hitter Jim Snook, but the Houston Aquas still prevailed, 7-5. Snook went 2 for 4 with a double and a walk, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once. Jose Barragan was the winner in relief. His record is now 3-4. The losing pitcher was Cheng-en Cong. Hwui-ning Tsou earned his 2nd save in 2 tries.

Francisco Guerra came through with a big-time hit for Houston. The catcher smacked a 2-run home run in the top of the eighth inning to give his team the lead, 6-4. It was his only hit, but it was clutch.

"You look inside of the game, it's just quality approach after quality approach," said Aquas manager Brandon Coroian.

Houston has run its win streak to 4 consecutive.
