3-2 Loss Extends Brooklyn Losing Streak
The Toronto Juggernauts eked out a 3-2 win versus the Brooklyn Browns at Molson Park. Nobody did more than pitcher Fisko Loera. He was terrific. Julio Soto earned his 21st save in 25 tries. Brooklyn is still trying to get off the schneid, having lost 6 in a row.

Eddie Simon drew 1 walk in 4 trips to the plate for Toronto. The two-time All-Star had a key at-bat in the bottom of the seventh. With one out and the bases loaded, he broke a 2-2 tie with a run-scoring walk off Scott Brock. It was his 19th walk of the season.

"We'll grab a cold beverage tonight and go after another win tomorrow," Simon said.
