Tillmam Velado hit a run-scoring triple off Nate McFry in the bottom of the fifth, which put the Kodiaks in front, 2-1. Velado had 1 walk, in addition to the triple. For the game, he went 1 for 4.

"When I'm in the lineup, I always feel like we're going to win the game," said Velado.
