Alexander Linares had a good game, but he could not keep the St. Louis Gaedels from falling, 5-4, to the Minneapolis Vikings at Minneapolis Grounds. The St. Louis center fielder was 3-3 with a double, 2 singles, and a walk in the loss. Steve McFarlen, the winner, is now 3-3.
