Zendejas Lifts Metropolitanos to 9-6 Triumph
Alex Zendejas was a major contributor to the 9-6 Havana win over Boston. The Metropolitanos left fielder went 4 for 5 with a home run, a double, and 2 singles, while scoring 4 runs. Chih Lum was the winner. He's now 2-9. The loser was 23-year old left-handed pitcher Frank Ulloa. The win makes Havana 53-76.

Havana used the hitting of Dustin Siepker to pick up the win. The third baseman clubbed a 3-run home run in the top of the ninth inning to put the Metropolitanos on top, 9-2. For the game, Siepker had 1 home run and 1 single in 5 at-bats.
