Seattle second baseman Matthew Allen had a good game in a losing cause. His team fell, 9-5, to Las Vegas at Western Coliseum. Allen was 2 for 3 with a home run, a double, and a walk, while scoring 2 times and driving in 3. Las Vegas pitcher Rafael Salabarria got the win. He's now 8-8. Fidel Flores was tagged with the loss. Freddie Fel picked up the save for Las Vegas, his 7th of the year.

Mike Bak, who is on pace for 146 RBI this season, helped out the Las Vegas cause in the bottom of the first inning with a run-scoring single. For the game, the designated hitter was 1 for 3 with a walk.
