Billy Morf had an impact in the 14-6 Phoenix win over Minneapolis. The three-time Gold Glove Award winner was 3 for 4 with 2 triples and 2 walks. He scored 3 times and drove in 2. It was his 1st triple of the season, and more importantly, it put the Thunderbirds ahead, 7-3.

"Some of the guys in here work hard, some of the guys just kind of fall out of bed and get it done. Whatever works I guess, we won this one," Valido told the Phoenix Times.
