Portland designated hitter Eddie Duarte had a 3-RBI performance, which helped his team down the Las Vegas Aces, 6-5. Portland reliever Alberto Rosario snagged the win, upping his record to 6-6. Cesar Lobatos shouldered the loss. Portland is now 72-66, Las Vegas 65-74.

The Dragons got a clutch hit from second baseman Gary Critch. In the bottom of the 12th, he delivered a run-scoring single to win the game for the Dragons.

Critch told reporters after the game: "Took some doing, but we got it done."
