Glaciers Rally to Nose Past Portland
The Glaciers grabbed a win, 3-2, at Mountain Dew Park, overcoming a fine effort from Portland pitcher Wil Campos. Campos went 6.2 innings and allowed 1 run. Denver, at 79-63, occupies first place in the Western Conference Eddie Izurieta Division.

The decisive blow was delivered by Edgar Malhado in the bottom of the ninth when he hit a solo home run off 24-year old right-handed pitcher Luke Torres to win the game for Denver. The home crowd went nuts.

"It's great when the crowd is energized," Malhado said.
