Kings Rally to Eke Out Win
|
AT&T Park was rocking after an exciting Kings win.
The Baltimore Kings got a magnificent performance from pitcher Shan Shuai, who muffled the St. Louis offense en route to a tight 2-1 Kings win at AT&T Park. Baltimore reliever Rene Lazzarali was the winner. His record is now 5-2. Kent Laing took the loss.
The Kings relied on third baseman Salah Boulmerka for the game-winning hit. And, in the bottom of the 11th, he delivered, hitting a run-scoring single to seal the deal.
"This place was rockin'," said Shuai.
At 69-82, the Kings find themselves in 4th place in the Eastern Conference Jose Santovenia Division.
