Fans witnessed a whale of a game between the Toronto Juggernauts and Washington Senators.

With third baseman Ginjiro Muranaka leading the charge, the Toronto Juggernauts defeated the Washington Senators, 2-1, at The ESPN Zone. Muranaka, who is tied for 6th in the EC in home runs with 8, was 4-4 with a home run, a triple, and 2 singles. He drove in 2 runs and scored once. Daniel Taylor earned the win, while top prospect Kai-xi Jia took the loss for Washington. Ignacio Noriega got credit for the save for Toronto. It was his 9th of the year.

Early in the game, Muranaka had a run-scoring triple for Toronto. It was his 1st triple of the season and put the Juggernauts on top, 1-0.

"Tough loss," said Washington manager Nate Strauman. "This one will sting for a while."

The Juggernauts go to 17-23, putting them last in the Eastern Conference Jossue Lopez Division.
