The Maine Lobster downed the Miami Cyclones, 4-0, at Ballpark of Portland. Maine pitcher Eikki Hostikka definitely brought his A-game. Maine is now 20-21. Miami is 17-24.

One of the clutch hits for Maine came from one of their biggest talents. In the bottom of the seventh with no one out, Jacob Testaverde, who is tied for 4th in the EC with a .595 slugging percentage, hit a 2-run single to put the Lobster up, 3-0. For the game, the designated hitter went 2-3 with 2 singles and was hit by a pitch, while adding 2 RBI.

"For the most part, I didn't think they knew what was coming," said Hostikka.
