Washington Senators starter Kai-xi Jia found his groove in his team's 5-4 win over the San Francisco Friars. The Senators now own a record of 24-25.

Who knows how it might've ended, had it not been for Hector Hernandez? The Washington center fielder had a run-scoring double in the top of the fourth inning to put the Senators on top, 2-1. For the game, Hernandez had 1 double and 1 single in 4 at-bats.
