The Browns grabbed a win, 4-3, at Brown Town, overcoming a fine effort from Havana pitcher Bobby Alkire. Alkire went 6 innings and allowed 2 runs. Brooklyn reliever Ocean Mendoza picked up the win, raising his record to 1-4. Andino D'Elia was tagged with the loss. Brooklyn is 25-24 and Havana, with the loss, 24-26.
Kadri Dhamo was the walk-off hero for Brooklyn. With the game tied in the bottom of the ninth inning, the Browns center fielder hit a dramatic run-scoring single to send the teams home.
