Riding the 2-hit performance of the 29-year old third baseman Donner Munro, the Chicago Phantoms defeated the Las Vegas Aces, 5-1. The win went to Wessel Paans in relief. His record improves to 3-2. Omezo Suyama took the loss. Chicago has run its win streak to 5 in a row.

Chicago second baseman Nala Forcelledo contributed a timely at-bat in the bottom of the second. With two down, he hit a fastball to left field for a 2-run single. It was his 147th hit of the season and put the Phantoms ahead, 3-0.
