Browns Get 6th Straight Win with Late Rally
The Brooklyn Browns had to overcome a fine performance from Santiago pitcher Masaru Uno to grab a 3-2 win at Estadio Guillermón Moncada. Uno allowed 2 runs over 6.2 innings. Victor Balaguer snagged the win in relief. In 2 innings, the right-hander allowed no runs on no hits. He's now 7-5 on the season. Brooklyn has now reeled off 6 straight wins.

Brooklyn used the timely hitting of Eddie Kelly to capture the win. The first baseman stroked a run-scoring double in the top of the eighth inning to put the Browns on top, 3-2. It was his only hit in 4 at-bats, but he made it count.

Afterward, Browns manager Jason Cormier was ebullient. "That was a fun game to coach," he told a group of reporters, adding, "I hope it was just as fun to watch."
