The timely hitting of Danny Mrazek helped the Washington Senators down the Boston Greens, 7-1. Mrazek went 3-4 with a home run, a double, and a walk, while scoring 2 runs and driving in 2 for the Senators. The last-place Senators sport a record of 64-96.

With Washington leading 2-1 in the bottom of the third, Mrazek hit a fastball from Frank Ulloa for a 2-run home run. It was his 11th home run of the season and put the Senators ahead, 4-1.

"Some wins are easy and some are difficult, but either way we come to the ballpark ready to work hard every day," Mrazek told the Washington Daily.
