Despite a fine performance by first baseman Sung-hyo Kym, the Washington Senators lost to the Vancouver Wolves, 8-6. Kym went 2 for 3 with a home run and 2 walks. He scored 3 runs. Li-hong Ho was the winner. He's now 2-2. The loser was 25-year old right-handed pitcher Toby Harrison. The 4th-place Wolves lifted their record to 24-27.

Cesar Senas helped his team take an early lead with a 2-run single. It came in the first inning, making the score 4-1, Wolves.

"We believe in ourselves and we're willing to work hard. It's a good combination," Senas told the Vancouver Today.
