Bobby Alkire, who is tied for 9th in the EC in wins with 13, had a strong outing for the Havana Metropolitanos against the Toronto Juggernauts at Molson Park. The left-hander was a big part of his team's 5-2 win. Alkire got the win, improving to 13-8. He gave up 3 hits and walked 1 over 6 innings. He allowed no runs. At 70-92, the Metropolitanos find themselves in last place in the Eastern Conference Jossue Lopez Division.

Hyuk Park helped out the Havana cause in the top of the third inning with a run-scoring walk. For the game, the right fielder went 1-3 with a walk.

"We played a good game and came out on top," said Park.
