The Buffalo Rangers downed the Toronto Juggernauts, 7-5, the largest share of the credit belonging to right fielder Charlie Cole. On the day, Cole was 2 for 3 with 2 singles and a walk for the Rangers. Buffalo is now 32-25, Toronto 27-29.

Bejo Ananas came through with a big-time hit for Buffalo. The third baseman smacked a 2-run home run in the top of the ninth inning to give his team the lead, 7-5. It was his only hit, but it was clutch.
