Big Day for Abrego in 7-5 Aces Win
Las Vegas left fielder Sardis Abrego had a 3-RBI game, which helped his team beat the Washington Senators, 7-5. Nestor Cantu, now 3-3, picked up the win in relief. He allowed 1 run on 1 hit in 1.1 innings. The first-place Aces lifted their record to 31-28.

Las Vegas used a timely hit from Reinprecht Mann to get the win. The pinch hitter stroked a 2-run double in the top of the eighth inning to put the Aces ahead, 6-4. It was his only hit in 1 at-bat, but it made an impact.

"It wasn't our best performance," said Mann, "but a win in this league is nothing to sniff at."
