Vikings Pull Out Late-Game Win, 11-10
A 3-RBI performance from designated hitter Gentaro Arakawa, who is a two-time All-Star, led the Minneapolis Vikings to a win over the Cincinnati Twins, 11-10. This win makes it 5 in a row for Minneapolis.

The decisive blow was delivered by Gilberto Cerda in the bottom of the ninth when he hit a run-scoring double off 29-year old right-handed pitcher Macario Mendoza to win the game for Minneapolis. The home crowd went nuts.

"It was one of those games where both teams were swinging the bat well," Cerda said.
