Twins Win, 5-2, Over Baltimore

Cincinnati and Baltimore got after it at AT&T Park.
The Baltimore Kings went down to defeat to Jose Uresti and his Cincinnati teammates. The final score was 5-2, in favor of the Twins. Uresti, now 2-3, was the winner. In 6.1 innings, he gave up 5 hits, while striking out 4, walking 1, and allowing 1 run. The save went to Macario Mendoza, his 1st this season.
Bobby Tapia dealt the Kings a blow in the top of the sixth. Batting with runners on 2nd and 3rd and Cincinnati leading 1-0, Tapia, who is tied for 10th in the EC with a .318 batting average, hit a first pitch slider for a 2-run single.
"I take a professional approach to my job," said Uresti. "I've been around this game for a while."
With the win, Cincinnati has a record of 23-41. Baltimore falls to 32-32.
