Montreal, Boston Agree to Swap Sunday, November 25th , 2085 It took some time to iron out the details, but the Harfangs and Greens have agreed to a swap. Boston will get 34-year old 1B Emilio Oregon and a 12th round draft pick with Montreal receiving nothing in return. A source close to the trade talks said the two clubs were initially looking to make a bigger deal, but discussions broke off late last night. The two sides reconvened early today and eventually settled on this deal. In his career, Oregon is batting .228 with 1555 hits, 515 home runs, 1237 runs scored and 1321 RBIs. |
