Arrows-Toros Trade: Alcaraz for Obata Sunday, November 25th , 2085 Acknowledging that it may not be the biggest splash, the Arrows announced today that they have acquired 25-year old RF Etsuji Obata from the Tucson Toros in exchange for 24-year old 2B Keith Denson, 28-year old RHP Raul Alcaraz, 27-year old RHP Greg Sams, 21-year old C Cody Hall, and a 1st round draft pick. "Every little bit helps," announced the Arrows, "this deal should improve both squads." In his career, Alcaraz has racked up 7 wins, 7 losses and no saves. His lifetime ERA is 5.83 in 95.2 innings over 86 games. Over his career Obata is batting .249 with 102 doubles, 12 triples, 110 home runs, 310 RBIs and scored 291 runs in 561 games. |
