June's #1 Rookie Named by EC Sunday, July 1st , 2085 Kai-xi Jia made a lot of Washington fans happy this month. He not only put up a fine 3-1 won-lost record, he also was named the Rookie of the Month in the Eastern Conference. In June, he made 6 starts and compiled an impressive 2.32 ERA, allowing teams to hit only .204 against him. In 19 starts this season, Jia has crafted a 8-6 record with a 3.74 ERA. |
