LaCognata and Moon Dealt Sunday, July 1st , 2085 Sometimes a change of scenery can be a beneficial to a baseball player. That is the hope in Chicago and Los Angeles as the teams came to an agreement today which sends 32-year old minor league RHP Corey LaCognata to the Stars and 25-year old RHP Seung Moon to the Phantoms. "Only time will tell if this is the right move for everyone," stated the Los Angeles GM. In his career, LaCognata has crafted a 97-67 mark with a 3.88 ERA and tossed 1467.2 innings. Opposing clubs are batting .238 against him and he has 1501 strikeouts. In his career, Moon has won 17 and lost 9, collecting 242 strikeouts and 148 walks in 288 innings with a 4.59 ERA. Opponents have hit .260 against him. |
