Great Stroke: Sfindex Gets 5 Hits Thursday, June 20th , 2086 Getting 5 hits in a game has always been memorable feat in baseball. In the Chicago's 18-2 win over Houston, right fielder Phil Sfindex was red-hot, scorching them for hit after hit at Tesoro Stadium. "To hit the ball consistently well, you have to relax," Sfindex said afterward. "I was relaxed for the first four hits, but I have to admit, I got a little tight when I realized I had a chance for five. On the last at-bat, I was ready to swing at anything close." Phil Sfindex walked in the 1st, singled in the 2nd, singled in the 4th, singled in the 7th, singled in the 8th and singled in the 9th.
