Buffalo-San Diego Trade: Regalado for Ci Sunday, July 7th , 2080 The Buffalo Rangers swapped 34-year old RHP Javy Regalado for 27-year old RHP Si-dao Ci, 33-year old minor league RHP Nelson Capristo, a 3rd round draft pick, and a 5th round draft pick of the Destroyers after what San Diego officials would only characterize as "difficult" negotiations. Buffalo will retain a portion of Regalado's remaining contract. This year, Javy Regalado has made 29 relief appearances, recorded 1 save and compiled a 4-2 won-lost mark and a 4.04 ERA. In pitching 49 innings, he has totaled 39 strikeouts and 4 walks. To date this year, Ci has won 3 and lost 2 with a 5.94 ERA, no saves and 20 strikeouts in 32 relief appearances. |
