Rojas Launches 3 HR for Rangers Wednesday, July 31st , 2086 The "hardest feat in sports" debate is a never-ending one with no correct answer, but hitting three home runs is certainly in the conversation. That's exactly what Bobby Rojas did at Bison Stadium, going deep three times and carrying his team to victory, 13-6. "It all came together. I was seeing the ball well and I got some good pitches to hit," Rojas said. "Good things happen, when that happens." The Buffalo Rangers left fielder blistered the Baltimore Kings for 3 hits, batted in 6 runs and scored 3 times. "It ain't like we weren't trying," Baltimore manager Andrew Schweizer said. "He was hot and really torched my boys today." Bobby Rojas hit a solo-shot off Victor Franco in the 2nd, hit a solo-shot off Victor Franco in the 4th, flied out in the 6th, hit a GRAND SLAM off Juan Colleano in the 8th and walked in the 8th. In the current season, Rojas has put up a .288 batting average with 104 hits, 20 home runs, 57 runs batted in and scored 56 runs. |
