Premier Rookie Named by WC Thursday, August 1st , 2080 Adir Barrabi's eyes seem to light up whenever he sees the baseball. The young Las Vegas second baseman has been hitting everything in sight for the better part of a month. In July he was voted the Rookie of the Month. During the month he hit .307 with 3 doubles, no triples and 10 home runs. Barrabi also scored 21 times and drove in 21 runs. Looking at his stats this year, Barrabi has compiled a .267 batting average, while hitting 20 home runs and driving in 58 runs. He has played in 103 games and scored 68 runs. |
