Harfangs-Athletics Swap: Montalvo for Schilling Sunday, August 4th , 2080 Proving the old adage that one man's trash is another man's treasure, the Harfangs announced today the acquisition of 31-year old CF Keith Schilling from the Kansas City Athletics in exchange for 22-year old minor league RHP Eduardo Montalvo. "This isn't the deal of the century," acknowledged the Harfangs, "but we think it will improve the direction of both teams." In his 2080 season totals, Schilling has 2 home runs, .258 BA, .333 OBP, 12 RBIs and 17 runs scored. |
