Buffalo Deals Oregon to Denver for Torroais Sunday, August 4th , 2080 Buffalo and Denver announced today in a joint press conference that 29-year old 1B Emilio Oregon will be going to the Glaciers in exchange for 29-year old 3B Sando Torroais. "It'll be exciting to join a new organization," one player said. "Some of us could use a fresh start." The players have each passed physicals and are expected to report by day's end. So far this season, Oregon is batting .186 with 10 home runs, 45 RBIs and 32 runs scored. He has 47 hits in 253 at-bats, 53 walks and a .333 OBP. Oregon has played in 75 games. This year, Torroais is batting .250 with 64 hits, 9 home runs, 36 RBIs, 26 walks, .319 OBP and has scored 27 runs. |
