Czerw Named July's #1 Newcomer Saturday, August 1st , 2076 Steve Czerw earned July's Rookie of the Month honors in the Eastern Conference for last month's performance. The boyish New York designated hitter might be wet behind the ears, but he's proving that he has what it takes to play at this level. Czerw hit .283 with 9 home runs, 24 RBIs and 15 runs scored this past month on his way to winning the award. For the season Czerw is batting .265 with 97 hits and 18 home runs. He has scored 51 times and batted in 65. |
