Avispas Tenorio Out Rest Of Season Saturday, August 10th , 2080 Carlos Tenorio will soon find out from his doctors if his season will continue. The first diagnosis was not too positive and indicated the Santiago catcher could miss the remainder of the year. Tenorio was injured while running the bases in the Avispas-Destroyers clash at Seaward Stadium recently. Doctors said he has a torn posterior cruciate ligament and would be out a minimum of 6-7 months. Tenorio is batting .179 this year with 2 home runs, 17 RBIs and 9 runs scored. He has 14 hits in 78 at-bats. |
