WC's Best Player Named Monday, August 12th , 2080 The Player of the Week has been chosen by the Western Conference. The award went to Leonilde Tigre, left fielder of the San Francisco Friars. In a sensational hitting performance, he wrecked league pitchers with a .400 average to win the honor. Tigre went 10-for-25 for the week, totaled 3 home runs and 10 RBIs and scored 8 times. So far this year, Tigre has hit .298 with 27 home runs, 81 RBIs and 77 runs scored. |
