Season-Ending Injury for John Kenison
Friday, September 25th , 2076
The doctors have spoken and John Kenison of the Baltimore Kings didn't like what he heard. The 24-year-old starting pitcher is almost certainly gone for the rest of the year and depending on his progress could miss some of next season as well. Kenison sustained his season-ending injury during the Santiago Avispas game yesterday at AT&T Park. He had to leave the game because he hurt himself while throwing a pitch. Today the Baltimore medical staff reported Kenison had a torn labrum and would be absent from the lineup for at least 4-5 months.

This season to date Kenison has a record of 7 wins and 7 losses with a 4.64 ERA, has appeared in 30 games and struck out 92 in 143.2 innings.
