WC Best Hitter Trophy Goes to Wiegand Thursday, October 1st , 2076 In September, Matt Wiegand was the toughest out in the Western Conference and that is the prime reason he was voted the Batter of the Month. The Vancouver left fielder rapped out 29 hits in 74 at-bats for a .392 batting average, hit 8 home runs, drove in 20 runs and scored 15 times.
