Mugo Wins AC's Best Bat Trophy Friday, June 1st , 2085 At only 22 years of age, Mezyan Mugo could very well have many more months like this last one during his career. That would be great news for fans of the Saint Petersburg Red Wings, as May was one to remember for the second baseman and he has captured the Alpha Conference Batter of the Month award. On the month he hit .309 with 9 home runs, 23 RBIs and 19 runs scored. This year, Mugo is batting .289 with 54 hits and 12 home runs. He has scored 28 times and has batted in 33 runs. |
