Gordon Wins Best BC Pitcher Friday, June 1st , 2085 Arthur Gordon really put his best foot forward in May with 5 wins and 1 loss and walked off with the Pitcher of the Month honors in the Beta Conference. When he got the start for the Oxnard Tigercats, it was good news for his club, but bad news for the opposition. In 40.2 innings of work, Gordon limited opposing batters to 24 base hits and a .171 batting average. He notched 39 strikeouts, issued 5 walks and had a 0.44 ERA.
